Assessment Description. As you care for the client with chronic kidney disease (CKD), what would your priority nursing assessments/interventions be in caring for the client that is receiving either Hemodialysis (HD) at a facility or peritoneal dialysis (PD) at home? What complications might a client receiving HD or PD exhibit? What education might you offer for a client receiving either HD or PD? Post a response to at least three classmates with additional considerations for the diagnostic testing. Discussion posts should be at least 200 words, and each response should be 100-150 words.
