Assessment Description. Think about how you would care for a client with cystitis or pyelonephritis. Create an original post and answer the following question: How would you as the RN care for this client? Focus on educating the client about signs and symptoms of clinical manifestations of these two infections. Post a response to at least three classmates with additional teaching considerations for this client. Discussion posts should be at least 200 words, and each response should be 100-150 words.
