Assessment Traits. Not Submitted in Halo. Assessment Description. Students must pass performance-based assessments in order to pass this course. Students successfully completing "Performance-Based Assessment: Head-to-Toe" on the first attempt will earn a grade of 50 points; students successfully completing the assessment on the second attempt will earn a grade of 45 points; and students successfully completing the assessment on the third attempt will earn a grade of 40 points. Students who do not pass the performance-based assessment in three attempts will fail the course. The PBA form will be posted in the announcements by the instructor.
