Students will apply therapeutic communication skills and obtain additional practice on the nursing skills they must exhibit when completing client health history and health assessment. During this topic, students will assess client vital signs; assess client pain; perform assessments related to the skin, hair, and nails; practice accurate documentation skills; and practice therapeutic communication skills.
