Assessment Description.
Assume that you are caring for a client with newly diagnosed acute closed-angle glaucoma. Create an original post that answers the following questions:
- How would you explain to clients what they may experience visually as they grapple with this new diagnosis?
- What will you, as the nurse, specifically assess when doing your visual screening?
Post a response to at least three classmates sharing insights that you gained from their posts.
Discussion posts should be at least 200 words, and each response should be 100-150 words.
