Assessment Description.
Assume that you are receiving a client from the ED admitted with acute inflammation secondary to a nonhealing arm laceration. Create an original post that answers the following questions:
- What is happening in the client's body?
- What systemic responses may occur with this client?
- What should you assess or look for when the client arrives at the unit?
Post a response to at least three classmates with at least one other nursing assessment that might be key for assessing this client.
Discussion posts should be at least 200 words, and each response should be 100-150 words.
This discussion question uses a rubric. Please review the rubric prior to beginning the post to become familiar with the expectations for successful completion.
