Assessment Description. Violence and abuse can occur across the life span. Which populations are most at risk? What is the nurse's responsibility when it is suspected that a client is part of a vulnerable group? What are some "red flags" across the life span, and how would a nurse proceed if a red flag is uncovered? Post three different responses to classmates.
