Assessment Description.
Find a news story about a publicized medication error.
- A) Describe the story briefly, and identify which of the 6 Rights of medication administration have been violated.
- B) Use headings for each aspect of the question. Avoid duplication.
Post three different responses to classmates with a different med error story and discuss ways that the error could have been avoided and medication administered safely.
Discussion posts should be at least 200 words and responses should be between 100-150 words.
