Assessment Description
Based on your clinical experiences in foundations, and keeping HIPAA guidelines in mind, discuss a challenging client care situation. Address the following:
- What made the client care situation challenging?
- What resources did you use to help meet the care of the challenging client?
- What did you learn from that situation?
Post three different responses to classmates with additional information on how to handle the challenging situations they posted.
Discussion posts should be at least 200 words, and responses should be 100-150 words.
