Assessment Description Assume that you are caring for a client admitted with the following CBC results, RBCs 5.6million cells/mcL; WBCs 1,900 cells/mcL; and platelets 108,000mc/L. Create an original post that answers the following question:

1. What are your priorities of care for this client and why?
2. Post a response to at least three classmates with additional thoughts on why you agree or disagree with the priority of care. Be sure to include specific examples.
