Assessment Description The purpose of this assignment is to practice accurately and correctly documenting client teaching and the client/caregiver's response to teaching. Choose one of the scenarios presented on the "Client Medication Teaching and Opioid Safety Scenarios" resource. In a 100-250-word narrative, provide detailed, accurate, and correct documentation of the teaching provided and the client/caregiver's response. The narrative should include the following:

1. Summary of all materials covered with the client during instruction.
2. Client response to the instruction provided.
