Assessment Description An 80-year-old client lives with his daughter. He has become confused and is having some difficulty with short term memory. Address the following:

• Explain how the client's ability to complete one activity of daily living (ADL) is affected by short-term memory decline and why.
• Provide recommendations for the client's daughter to help the client remain independent with ADLs as much possible.
