  Description: Current practitioners will investigate the ethical guidelines and legal policies and procedures that are important to consider during assessment and eligibility determination. Practitioners will build foundational knowledge regarding the use of multiple methods of assessment and data sources for making diagnostic and educational decisions for individuals with mild to moderate disabilities, including when determining modifications to the general education curriculum. Additionally, collaboration with stakeholders to determine, assess, and analyze student needs and progress is explored.
