Description: This course is designed to empower students to take on formal and informal leadership roles in instructional technology-focused professional development. Participants will learn to conduct needs assessments, develop instructional technology professional development plans, and build collaborative coaching relationships. Emphasis is placed on evaluating professional practices and dispositions to create and sustain effective technology-enhanced instruction. Practicum/field experience hours: 20.
