Description: This course addresses collaboration and leadership opportunities for practitioners working with the many stakeholders involved in the delivery of services for students with autism spectrum disorders. Practitioners will complete needs assessment activities and explore collaborative practices, problem-solving techniques, and conflict resolution strategies with stakeholders to promote the advancement of the profession. Leadership, creation and facilitation of professional development activities, and creating and sustaining productive work environments will be emphasized.
