Overview For this Performance Task Assessment, you will complete a Quadruple Aim Analysis in which you review the connection between evidence-based practice and the Quadruple Aim.   • Download the Writing Checklist to review prior to submitting your Assessment.
Before submitting your Assessment, carefully review the rubric. This is the same rubric the Assessor will use to evaluate your submission and it provides detailed criteria describing how to achieve or master the Competency. Many students find that understanding the requirements of the Assessment and the rubric criteria help them direct their focus and use their time most productively. All submissions must follow the conventions of scholarly writing. Properly formatted APA citations and references must be provided where appropriate. Submissions that do not meet these expectations will be returned without scoring. This Assessment requires submission of one (1) document: a completed Quadruple Aim Analysis. Save this file as EB001_firstinitial_lastname (for example, EB001_J_Smith). Assessment: Quadruple Aim Analysis You will complete a Quadruple Aim Analysis in which you will analyze the connection between evidence-based practice and the Quadruple Aim.
  1. Define the Quadruple Aim and explain its application to evidence-based practice.
  2. Your analysis should address how evidence-based practice might (or might not) help reach the Quadruple Aim, including each of the four measures of:
    1. Patient experience
    2. Population health
    3. Costs
    4. Work-life of healthcare providers
